Centered Capacity Basin
Definition
A basin in which one capacity holds centered everywhere it operates. Open, Focus, Bond, or Move works at a centered, usable level through every domain of life, neither shutting down nor over-running. It covers a full capacity row of the grid, every position at center. Four exist, one per capacity.
