Actualization Freeze Mission Arrest

cascade-variant.actualization-freeze-mission-arrestclinical register

Definition

Burnout phenotype where mission and value-commitment remain intact and the spiritual demand presses in excess — an unrelenting felt obligation the exhausted system cannot meet — while the three burnout dimensions (exhaustion, depersonalization, reduced accomplishment) collectively produce action-arrest. The pressing demand against a frozen action capacity carries the (-,+) freeze signature. Distinguished from Without Act (pastoral desolation) where the amplified call is held within discernment rather than crushing a depleted system, and from the Daoist forced-effort failure mode by absence of substituted you-wei striving — burnout produces inert blockage, not effortful overcompensation.
