Attunement Collapse Affect Lockout
Definition
Mentalization-failure phenotype with affective detachment: reflective-cognitive collapse upstream of the felt-affect collapse. Distinct from alexithymia (Feeling Blank) by primary FM rather than OE locus, and from mood-disorder granularity (Mood Flatten) by being trait-level mentalizing deficit rather than state-bound granularity loss.
