Definition
Conditional cognitive-fog presentation: unfamiliar input registers at ordinary measure while thought formation, working memory, comparison, or synthesis remains below range. Post-viral cognitive impairment is one documented context, not the definition or a universal cause; centered Open must be demonstrated separately as the Icosa admission criterion. This differs from anhedonia and burnout because loss of reward or professional engagement alone does not establish Mental depletion.
