Identification Spin Borrowed Self
Definition
A possible identity-borrowing presentation in which sparse internally generated self-thought is compensated by holding beliefs or values taken from a current attachment. The cited identity and mentalization literature can support instability, attachment sensitivity, and difficulty sustaining an integrated account, but not the complete B+/M- coordinate; both poles must be established separately. Differentiate this form by observed borrowing and shifting allegiance rather than by assigning a narcissistic or histrionic category.
