Inhabitation Depletion Unreal Body
Definition
Depersonalization can present with a body that feels unreal, distant, or automatic while reality testing remains intact. It belongs here only when bodily signal is actually attenuated and the capacity to hold it remains near center; the diagnosis or disownership alone does not establish those coordinates. Emotional numbing and self-unreality may accompany the Physical depletion but are not required.
