Manifestation Depletion Functional Weakness
Definition
Functional neurological weakness: motor drive is intact but the body offers no charge at the motor seam, with no neurological lesion. Distinct from energy-fatigue by absence of the post-exertional delayed-crash signature, and from somatic-fatigue by the seam-localized motor disconnect rather than a role-meaning attrition routed through the body. Distinct from Functional Immobility in Manifestation Freeze, where the body fires loud and only initiation fails; here the body offers no charge at all.
