Passion Collapse Context Burnout
Definition
An occupational burnout presentation fits only when emotional involvement has flattened and action or initiative has independently fallen below usable range. Exhaustion, cynicism, and reduced efficacy do not automatically establish the Icosa pair, and burnout can overlap with depression or medical conditions. The relevant distinction is the observed two-pole pattern and its work context, not a categorical biological-versus-contextual recovery hierarchy.
