Presence Collapse Motor Arrest
Definition
Catatonic stupor/withdrawal: psychomotor and attentional arrest with present-moment orientation to the body abolished — a releasable motor-circuit cessation. Distinct from Here Detached (dissociative depersonalization with a muffled-distance quality and intact motility) and Leaden Body (depressive corporealization with felt heaviness and concurrent mood collapse) — here the body is held in motionless arrest rather than felt as far-off or leaden.
