cascade-variant.presence-flood-pain-hypervigilanceclinical register

Definition

A chronic-pain fear-avoidance presentation can fit when pain itself is above range and attention is also excessive and inflexible. A demonstrable lesion is not required to validate pain or to distinguish this form. High pain with flexible attention belongs nearer Presence Saturation, while ordinary bodily signal under excessive tracking belongs nearer Presence Fixation.
