Sensitivity Collapse Body Muted
Definition
Alexithymic interoceptive collapse: the capacity to discriminate body signals at the receptive-body core OP has collapsed, and because affect is read FROM body signal, the loss propagates — affect goes unlabeled OE, affect-focus loses its referent FE, the felt body mutes BP, and mental representation of inner states thins OM. The origin is the interoceptive-discrimination collapse; the affect blunting is its downstream effect, not a co-occurring mood disorder. Distinct from depressive blunting by absence of a mood-disorder substrate and from the alexithymic-shutdown freeze by collapse rather than freeze topology.
