Definition

Move remains centered while Mental is under-active at Articulation. The capacity to communicate or decide is available, but clear thought is sparse or slow to form, so there is less material to carry outward. Other ways of working with thought often meet the same shortage, and the support that helps is chosen to fit whichever ones do.
