cascade
Belonging Collapse
Definition
Holding capacity and the relational ground it would settle into fail together. Bond will not engage and Relational has thinned until others register as outlines rather than partners in real exchange — little holding reaches for them, and little mutual ground remains for holding to settle into. The pair leaves the relational field attenuated in both directions. Propagation spreads bilaterally: Open, Focus, and Move also lose ground over the thinned domain, and Bond extends its detachment into Emotional as holding thins for feeling too. In coupled forms, centering the trigger draws Bond and Relational back together along the same path the spread carried; where the coupling releases, the recovery runs looser, Bond re-engaging first and Relational filling in behind it at its own pace.
