Definition

Intact holding capacity meets relational content arriving in volumes it was not built to absorb. Bond runs at its proper setpoint but Relational produces more membership signal than the system can metabolize. Belonging is being held at ordinary capacity; there is simply too much relational content within that holding to absorb without overflow. Propagation stays within Relational: the surplus carries across Open, Focus, and Move as those capacities also take on the overproduced relational signal their domain is now putting out. Other domains stay intact. Both recover at once: as the load metabolizes, Bond and Relational ease down side by side.
