Communication Saturation
Definition
Intact moving capacity meets relational content arriving in volumes it was not built to direct. Move runs at its proper setpoint but Relational produces more relational signal than the system can metabolize. Expression is being directed accurately; there is simply more relational content driving it than ordinary acting can carry. Propagation runs through Relational with the further reach running along Focus rather than Move: the surplus carries across Open, Focus, and Bond, and Focus reaches into Spiritual as attending takes on scaffolding work for the surplus signal. A demand that regenerates as fast as it is met cannot be discharged from the Move side — partner centers carry the Relational load down first. A state-driven surplus asks less: the load metabolizes and the pair eases with it.
