Definition
Relational signal keeps arriving with no acting to send back into it. Relational offers audience and reception at full availability but Move will not engage to speak outward. The capacity has taken no damage — it has pulled back from outward contact. Propagation runs along Move's reach: expressing thins toward feeling, toward what is larger, and toward planning, in proportions that differ by form, while one further reach into Relational at a different capacity costs the dimension some of its outward signal. Where the disengagement is state-driven, Move re-engages with relational signal first, then Passion, Actualization, and Articulation ease across the same path, with Regard or Belonging following along the further reach. Silence hardened into protective withholding does not lift on Move's initiative — the outward signal returns through partner centers, and re-engagement follows it.
