Definition

Mental content arrives at ordinary volume, but the holding capacity grips some of it harder or longer than the content asks for. Particular thoughts or ideas become difficult to set down, so the self can form too rigidly around what is held. Propagation varies: Bond's over-holding may spread into Emotional or Spiritual, while Focus, Move, or Open can tighten around Mental content; self-monitoring forms may also recruit Focus at Relational. As the grip eases, secondary fixation may soften, but no single reverse path is required.
