Definition

Body signal runs loud while attention will not settle around it. Physical fires at high volume but Focus cannot stay with it long enough to be here in the body, so somatic content keeps churning without resolving into being-present. Propagation runs broad: Physical arrests together as Open and Bond hold over the saturated content, with Move sometimes pulled in, and Focus extends its scattering laterally into Emotional and Mental as attending drifts wherever it could form. The pair recovers in step — Focus settling, Physical quieting — before the spread lets go.
