Regard Freeze

Definition

Relational content runs loud while attention will not settle around it. Relational signal fires at high volume but Focus cannot land on any thread long enough to track what is happening, so the field keeps churning without resolution. Propagation runs broad: Relational arrests together as Open and Bond hold over the saturated content, and Focus extends its scattering laterally into Emotional and Mental as attending drifts wherever it could form. Move stays out of the lock, leaving the cascade Focus-led at the target domain. Recovery asks for both at once — Focus settling, Relational quieting — one motion, not two.
