Regard Saturation

Definition

Intact attending capacity meets relational content arriving in volumes it was not built to track. Focus runs at its proper setpoint but Relational produces more relational signal than the system can metabolize. Attention is tracking relational signal accurately; there is simply too much relational content under that attention to hold without overflow. Propagation stays within Relational: the surplus carries across Open, Bond, and Move as those capacities also take on the overproduced relational signal their domain is now putting out. Other domains stay intact. Relational settles while the load metabolizes, with Focus remaining steady enough to track what returns.
