Blocked Surge
Definition
Over-active Move meets under-active Open. One partner's expressive capacity is past regulation while the other's receptive capacity is narrowed or closed. The state pair places high expressive activation beside low receptive availability without establishing that output was sent, blocked, or intensified by the mismatch.
