Deafening Silence
Definition
Under-active Move meets over-active Open. One partner's expressive capacity is stalled while the other's receptive capacity is highly permeable and weakly filtered. The state pair places low expressive availability beside unscreened intake, but it does not establish that no signal was sent or that absence was interpreted as content.
