Mutual Shutdown
Definition
Mutual Shutdown is a symmetric composite in which both sides hold under-active Move and under-active Open. Neither side contributes a centered expressive or receptive endpoint, combining Double Silence on the V→V field with Sealed Pair on O→O. The four states do not by themselves establish why they coexist, how long they persist, or whether one partner's shutdown sustains the other's.
