Over Held
Definition
Over-active Bond meets centered Open. One partner's attachment capacity is past regulation while the other's receptive capacity remains calibrated and able to sort what arrives. The state pair can carry an unequal attachment load, but actual transmission, absorption, and burden require evidence from the exchange.
