Parallel Tracks
Definition
Under-active attention meets under-active attachment. The F side does not sustain steady regard, while the other partner's B side is detached or thinly invested. Both endpoints are below their usable range, so little attention is available to meet a tie that is itself weak; actual pathway activity remains a separate question.
