Unregarded Voice
Definition
Under-active Focus meets centered Move. One partner's attention has trouble gathering, while the other's expressive capacity remains calibrated and usable. The pair can present as clear speech without enough eliciting regard, but the coordinates do not encode what is currently being said, whether it arrives, or whether the attentional endpoint is absent altogether rather than merely weak.
