Cascade Lock
Definition
A bilateral cascade pairing: both sides have triggered cascades and at least one cascade weight between their centers is 0.7 or higher. Each names an A↔B pair, a direction (A→B, B→A, or mutual), and the centers' relation (same row, column, or other). Locks emerge from grid geometry, not an authored catalog. The two sides may be parts of one person or two people.
