Mutual Cross-Compensation
Definition
A symmetric compensation-to-compensation interaction. In the runtime classifier, capacity rows are marked mutual when both A→B and B→A occur anywhere in the same domain, and domain rows are marked mutual when both directions occur anywhere in the same capacity. This is grouping-level cross-cell reciprocity, not a same-cell or necessarily one-to-one pairing, and it does not establish equality, benefit, consent, stability, or dependence.
