Resonant Basin Pairing
Definition
A static basin-pairing kind in which two basins lie on the same plane but different axes at the same polarity. They share a row-row or column-column shape and run in parallel without sharing a center; whether they reinforce, stabilize, compete, oppose, or remain independent is a separate runtime interaction judgment.
