Stabilizing Basin Interaction
Definition
Two basins that share some centers, but the shared centers pull weakly and roughly cancel. What links the pair is the part that does not overlap: at least one basin reaches into domains the other does not. The pair is connected more by its spread than by its overlap. Two same-plane systemic basins also qualify when either is centered and anchors the other.
