Allowing
Definition
Allowing carries Open from Closing toward Receiving when contact that was blocked, excluded, or unavailable becomes selectively admissible at the scoped threshold. The contact registers or remains actually available while discrimination, containment, and refusal stay intact. The change may arise within the bearer or when an external barrier is removed; its cause does not define the path. Allowing does not manufacture attention, endorsement, belief, ownership, attachment, disclosure, reconciliation, action, or response. Allowing internal experience never grants another person a right of access.
