escape → OM (Curiosity)

Definition

Routing escape to Curiosity OM loosens fusion with rigid self-narratives by holding I-am-X as a passing thought rather than truth. Cognitive defusion, Self-curiosity, don't-know mind, and detached mindfulness open space around the defended definition without requiring its content to disappear. Same-domain Mental routing moves from fused Identification BM to receptive Curiosity OM while keeping cognition active and changing the person's relation to it.
