Definition

When elevated mood or another affect is independently present and contributing to the racing thought, routing escape to Attunement FE can label it and shift attention from thought content to affect. Same-capacity, cross-domain delivery preserves Focus while leaving the Mental field; it does not establish affect as the driver of every F-/M+ flurry.
