OM
Definition
Intervention at Curiosity OM can use ACT defusion or open monitoring to let inputs pass without grappling with each item. Open monitoring changes the relationship to what arrives rather than widening intake. Dzogchen rigpa recognition belongs only within a chosen Tibetan Buddhist practice context with appropriate instruction. Same-center delivery changes the relationship to incoming material rather than requiring every item to be processed.
