Definition

When Mental Overloading co-occurs with ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, or another condition in which exertion worsens symptoms, intervention at Sensitivity OP can use pacing to regulate activity and rest. The route addresses a health-linked contributor to cognitive load rather than a general consequence of O+/M- geometry. Same-capacity, cross-domain delivery places that pacing work in bodily reception.
