OP

Definition

When trauma-linked dissociation is independently established, intervention at Sensitivity OP can use titrated Somatic Experiencing or Sensorimotor Psychotherapy to increase tolerable contact with movement, sensation, and posture. DPDR psychoeducation applies only when that disorder is independently established, and autonomic-oriented work remains an optional theoretical frame. Cross-capacity, same-domain delivery supports bodily reception without making it a mandatory stage before motor or ownership work.
