Definition

Intervention at Sensitivity OP works on the driving input at the trapped center, and structured reduction of environmental load is available for the sensory over-responsivity presentation without a further finding. When panic disorder or clinically significant fear of bodily sensations is independently assessed and medical safety established, clinician-guided interoceptive exposure and panic-mastery work can instead reduce learned fear of the sensations themselves. Same-harmony delivery addresses the driving input in either formulation, and neither is a generic response to every O+/P+ flood.
