Definition

When hyperarousal or trauma-linked autonomic dysregulation is independently established, intervention at Sensitivity OP can use pendulation, sensorimotor tracking, a trauma-adapted body scan, or a polyvagal-informed frame to make bodily contact more tolerable. Cross-capacity, same-domain delivery can support V- movement from the receptive side. It does not prove that a ventral-vagal floor is missing or that bodily arousal must settle before movement is safe.
