Definition

When feared bodily arousal maintains the surge, intervention at Sensitivity OP can use pendulation and graduated interoceptive contact to make the sensation more tolerable and less automatically alarming. Suitability and medical interpretation still depend on assessment; the exercise does not prove the sensation safe.
