Definition

Intervention at Embrace BE uses self-compassion, structured dialogue between parts of self, and active re-imagining of the original scene with corrective elements to own suppressed affect. Affect ownership can support outward expression in self-silencing without being a universal prerequisite. Cross-capacity, cross-domain delivery moves from Move-Relational inhibition to Bond-Emotional ownership.
