OP
Definition
Intervention at Sensitivity OP can use a bodily anchor when autonomic dysregulation, hyperarousal, or a need for felt safety is independently relevant. Polyvagal ventral-vagal access and Somatic Experiencing grounding may be clinical or self-directed, while Dana's polyvagal therapy is clinician-led. Cross-capacity, cross-domain delivery moves from Move-Spiritual to Open-Physical and may offer a bodily anchor. Stalling does not itself establish an autonomic substrate, inability to self-stabilize, trauma, or a body-first order.
