Affectivity Depletion Mood Blunt
Definition
Subclinical mood blunting — pre-depressive thinning of affective attention/expression/bond plus negative-future receptivity narrowing. Negative-symptoms frame + cognitive-triad frame converge. Differentiates from Care Thinning by extra-occupational pervasiveness, presence of hopelessness limb (OM inhibit), and tracking with mood-spectrum precursor rather than role-demand exhaustion.
