Belonging Saturation Obligation Overload
Definition
Bond holds at setpoint while the Relational column carries excess role demands through attending, acting, and receiving: obligations, requests, and caregiving responsibilities land faster than ordinary holding can metabolize them, capturing attention and crowding out recovery. The loading is domain-side rather than a grip generated by Bond. It differs from Fixation because Bond is not over-active, and from Flood because the holding capacity itself has not joined the excess.
