Engulfing
Definition
Engulfing carries Physical from Embodied toward Overtaken when bodily sensation, stimulation, appetite, urge, activity, accumulation, or material demand takes over what else can be experienced or done. Physical participation remains present but loses containment or proportion within the wider field. Engulfing is not strong sensation, abundant matter, vigorous activity, pain, disability, or heavy demand alone. The departure requires physical reality to become governing or field-consuming, rather than merely intense, difficult, or consequential.
