intervention → VS (Actualization)

Definition

Intervention lands at Actualization VS where sustained enacted purpose outside the doctrine consolidates exit — lived purpose tests recovered agency. Cross-capacity delivery works because enacted meaning replaces doctrinal meaning through action. Sustained autonomous purpose proves the recovered self is functional rather than only conceptual.
